Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on new products within 30 days of purchase, for both defective and non-defective items.

Items must be new and unused.

Returns are accepted by mail. The customer pays return shipping.

There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges are available.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
